Turnkey Tea Parties. Lets Get the Show Going!
A good restaurant tea party should have something unexpected about it if not impossible. To soak a teabag in a cup or chunk some tealeaves into a pot is very simple, and one does not necessarily go to a restaurant for that there are dozens of places to do that, including offices. Yet, to incite the dance of tealeaves in a transparent teapot over candle flame, pour the lamorous drink into the shimmering tea-bowls, or run a real tea show in the siphon this is virtually impossible elsewhere but the restaurant. And it is this impossibility that makes a tea party into a Truly Restaurant one.
Using the tea and coffee siphon to prepare and serve matured teas and live blends of teas is our know-how. We developed this tea serving option in 2005, and now it is the third year of its triumphal march through Russias best restaurants.
Siphon allows to brew tea in front of your guests eyes to be more precise, in front of your bewildered guests eyes. Brewing in this case is done over an open flame, i.e. the guests are not just offered tea it is a real tea flambé.
This is a live and particularly unusual performance tea is pouring from one bowl into another, seething and bubbling. Making tea in the siphon takes mere 10 minutes it is convenient for the dramatic effect and extremely easy for the establishment.
While the tea is boiling, the tea sommeliers have a chance to tell the guests about the rarity of the tea and the method it is being brewed. So, in fact, they are told why it is this restaurant that they should be coming back to bringing their friends along of course. At the same time, the sommelier does not have enough time to annoy the guests the tea is ready pretty soon.
Serving tea in the siphon may become an important component of the corporate identity of a restaurant or a hotel, a zest to an excusive club, one of the services in the nargile room, or an element of a grand picnic.
