Nov 10, 2008. Drinking Tea at Restaurants: Tea Carte (Liniya Vkusa (’Line of Taste’) No. 7(23), 2008)

In the contemporary restaurant culture, serving tea is one of the most underdeveloped and, at the same time, one of the most perspective issues. Both restaurant visitors and the restaurateurs themselves most often view tea as a tribute to the tradition, as a drink to chase desserts, or as a minimum order enabling the guest to kill 20-30 minutes at the table without seeming disrespectful of the decorum.
