Green-Jade Oolong

Turquoise Tea Green-Jade Oolong (Tsui-Yui Oolong)

In Chinese culture the epithet «Jade» applies to things possessing a number of virtues. Everything «jade» must be beautiful, unique in its way, and of irreproachably high-quality. «Green-Jade Oolong» possesses all these characteristics. It is beautiful — especially when brewed in transparent glass-ware, it is the best in its way, and it is of very good quality. This tea has classical for Taiwan turquoise teas taste and flavor. The variety of the tea bush this tea is produced from was selected by the specialists of the Taiwan Tea Research & Extension Station (TRES # 13).

Tsui-Yui Oolong is a perfect tea to finish one's lunch with, especially if this lunch takes place in the middle of a busy working day. This tea can, as it were, throw off all accumulated vanity of the day, slightly tone up, strengthen up, and elevate the mood a little. Tsui-Yui Oolong may be served during a short break at a conference, negotiations, and other important meetings. This tea combines well with light tea sweets, e.g. «tea» plums or olives.
