Taste of tea depends on the quality of tea, brewing process and the way the tea is served.

These kettles are made of special heat-resistant clay. With absolutely no additional contrivances they can be used for boiling water on any kind of gas cookers. It takes water a little bit longer to start boiling in these kettles than in ordinary ones — but it also retains warmth and diluted oxygen longer. The clay kettles are very useful for long tea-drinkings (including tea-ceremonies) — the water boiled in these kettles can be constantly reheated with no harm to the tea-drinking. These kettles are said to improve the quality of the water when boiling it, thus making it more suitable for tea — and our experience proves this suggestion. For the time present, however, we cannot explain the nature of this phenomenon, so let the information about water improvement qualities of the kettles exist as a beautiful tea legend. Nevertheless we continue our experiments, and will inform you as soon as we are able to explain what happens with water in our new kettles.

By the way, the heat-resistant clay kettles can be used not only for boiling water, but also for brewing tea (for a large gathering of people, for example). Besides, they make a wonderful and original present.
