Even if some unknown to the visitor teas and unusual tea-ware take part in the tea-drinking — they should not strain the visitor. Pleasure cannot be accompanied by complicacy — it should be plain. Only then the pleasure is true.

For the communication of the visitor with tea to be plain and pleasant, the personnel of the establishment should be very well trained. The actors of the tea performance should know everything about the tea they serve to the spectator-visitor. Their motions should be accurate and beautiful — only then will the performance be truly exciting...
