Taste of tea depends on the quality of tea, brewing process and the way the tea is served.

Tea carte is not simply a list of different teas at different prices. Tea carte is a business card of all tea dishes of the establishment; it is an invitation to a refined pastime and a true sign of a fine taste of a restaurant, hotel, or café.

You see, if the tea carte says that the tea has a mild caramel tinge, the visitor will feel it and will be able to describe it. If, on the contrary, the carte does not say anything — the visitor will not be ready for the unusual taste, and, quite possible, will ignore it, spoiling thus one's tea-drinking.

The optimal tea carte should inform the visitor of what he or she may expect from this or that tea. Besides, the tea carte should include only authentic information on the drinks — not to confuse the visitor.
