Taste of tea depends on the quality of tea, brewing process and the way the tea is served.

The handiness of tea-ware is conditioned by several characteristics.

First of all, tea-ware should be handy for performing its immediate functions. Teapots should be equally convenient for the visitor and the personnel; the pots should not drip beside the cup. As a mater of fact, such teapots are very rare. Tea cups should be convenient to drink tea from — they should be handy to take, raise, hold, and move. And, naturally, tea cups should not heat too much.

Second, tea-ware should be reliable. In HoReCa establishments cutlery is being constantly moved and rearranged. So, if it is not steady, for example, its «delivery» to the table may become a real trial for the personnel.

Third, the maintenance of tea-ware should not include unusual techniques — it is inconvenient. Tea-ware should be easy and handy to wash, dry, and store.
